Principal
Mark Cytrynbaum, Principal
Mark earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and tax from McGill University and the University of Illinois respectively. In 1986, he began his professional career as a CPA for Arthur Young & Company (predecessor of Ernst & Young). Shortly afterward, Mark acquired his first property on Denver’s Vine Street, raising the equity by refinancing his car. He co-founded the company that ultimately evolved to be Old Vine Property Group. Since 1988, Mark has been the principal in charge in the acquisition and redevelopment of more than 2 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $150 million.

Accounting and Finance
Jill St. Onge, CPA, Controller
A member of the executive team since 2000, Jill directs all company financial planning and budgeting functions, prepares all financial statements and provides analyses of monthly accounting operations. She also prepares all information for annual company tax returns, coordinates debt financing, oversees the accounting department and all other daily finance operations. Jill is responsible for all Human Resources and Benefits Administration. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Colorado and earned a bachelor of science in accounting. Jill has been in the commercial real estate finance field since 1998.

Caley Goehring, Accounts Receivable/Lease Administrator
Caley joined the team in October 2019, her primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable activity, assisting the controller with annual property budgets and operating expense reconciliations. Caley creates abstracts for new leases as well as all renewals, modifications and expansions. She assures compliance of all tenants’ insurance requirements and assists Old Vine counsel with various legal matters.

Cheryl Brandon, Accounts Payable/Office Manager
Cheryl joined the team in September 2024. Cheryl keeps Old Vine operations running smoothly by coordinating office communications and handling accounts payable. She has been in the accounting field since 2004 and has experience with Accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

Facility Management and Construction
Kurt Weidmann, Director of Property Management
Since 2001, Kurt’s primary responsibility has been to enhance the value of Old Vine’s property portfolio. He acts as the liaison between owners, architects, tenants and contractors to assure that the intended vision for a project is properly implemented during the construction process. Kurt earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University in 2001, and his master of business administration from Webster University in 2004.

Israel Pacheco, Engineer
A former facility engineer, Israel has served as property manager for Old Vine’s Houston portfolio since 1999. His decades of hands-on experience spans HVAC systems, building management, repair and maintenance of water chilling units, cooling tower operations, electrical distribution, pneumatic and display data channel operations, and fire alarm and suppression systems. He holds a Houston maintenance electrician license, boiler operator license, universal chlorofluorocarbon certification license, and is a Carrier certified technician. Israel has taken numerous courses in mechanical, boiler and electrical engineering maintenance.

Michael Riggs, Facilities Manager
Since 2008, Michael has worked to maintain and enrich the physical aspects of Old Vine’s Colorado portfolio. He manages all maintenance subcontractors and strives to assure that Old Vine properties are clean, safe and inviting. Prior to joining Old Vine, he worked as an engineer at the Denver Data Center for eBay where he maintained the building’s remote terminal units, computer room air conditioning units and server power supply room.

Tracy Silver, Director of Tenant Relations & General Counsel
Tracy joined the Old Vine Property Group team in late 2024 and serves as in house counsel for the portfolio. In her legal capacity, Tracy is versatile in real estate, and on behalf of Old Vine negotiates a variety of agreements from vendor service agreements through leases and loan documents. She also serves in an operational capacity by managing leasing operations and by working closely with tenants to not only ensure the success of the Old Vine portfolio, but to encourage and assist in the success of our tenants. Prior to joining the Old Vine team, Tracy worked as COO & GC of Simon Sinek’s The Optimism Company; Head of The Silver Law Group; CEO at The Mazé Method; Senior Counsel at REALTOR.com; Product Counsel at Mattel; Corporate/Employment/Real Estate Counsel at Silver & Freedman; and Entertainment Counsel at Behr, Abramson & Levy. Tracy graduated from Northwestern University in 1993 (Bachelor of Science in Speech) and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and was licensed to practice law in the State of California in 1997. She is a member in good standing of the California Bar. Tracy served nearly a decade on the Board of Directors of RIE. Tracy is admitted to practice law in California. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, California Lawyers for the Arts, California Women Lawyers, and CHIEF.
