Mark Cytrynbaum
Mr. Cytrynbaum possesses both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and tax from McGill University and the University of Illinois respectively. In 1986 Mark began his professional career as a CPA for Arthur Young & Company (predecessor of Ernst & Young). In 1987 Mark acquired his first property on Denver’s “Vine Street”, raising the equity through the refinancing of his car. In 1988, Mark left Arthur Young and co-founded the company that ultimately evolved to be Old Vine Property Group. Since 1988, Mark has been the principal in charge in the acquisition and redevelopment of 2 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $150 million.
Ari Stutz
Mr. Stutz possesses Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and real estate from Indiana University and studied international business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. In 1999, Ari started his real estate career in commercial lending and held various positions at Merrill Lynch Capital, GE Capital and Heller Financial. Ari learned the business by underwriting debt and high leverage mezzanine investments on all commercial property types including office, R&D/flex, industrial, retail, multi-family, senior living, and condo conversions both existing and to-be-built. Between the three institutions, Ari underwrote, portfolio managed and asset managed nearly $1.0 billion of real estate investments ranging from golf courses to senior living properties. As a principal of Old Vine Property Group, Ari’s focus is the expansion of the existing portfolio through acquisitions and the creation of value through the execution of Old Vine’s redevelopment strategies.
